Yanmar Opens New Company in Russia

On June 3 Yanmar will hold a grand ceremony to celebrate the opening of a new company in Russia. A wholly owned Yanmar subsidiary, Yanmar RUS LLC aims to increase Yanmar’s market presence and brand awareness in the region.

The new company is expected to play a vital role in expanding Yanmar’s business in Russia with a greater range of industrial equipment, such as power generators, pumps and welders, and providing a stable supply of spare parts and efficient after-sales service.

A press conference will be held on the day of the opening at Moscow Marriott Royal Aurora Hotel from 10:30, where President Mantel and Managing Director Pimenov will give a briefing on Yanmar Group’s latest undertakings in the world markets and future orientation in Russia.

The opening ceremony is expected to be attended by a large number of Yanmar representatives, local authorities and key partners.
